FLOWERS FROM HOBBY LOBBY
When it comes to starting out in your photography business, it’s hard to get a footing sometimes because you can’t afford outfits for your clients, or maybe you’re doing a free styled shoot but are unsure how to get started.
This post is to show you how you can turn some cheap every day items into a fun shoot that you can look back on later in your career!
I went to walmart and purchased a 3 pack of white shirts for myself a while ago and used safety pins and pinned them to the girls..
I went on eBay and ordered 3/4 different $10 tulle skirts, these can be VERY expensive.. so I would suggest browsing before making a purchase for cheaper items.
I went to the dollar store back at Christmas time and found these cute reefs and used them as tree branch crowns!
You can easily decorate these and do more with them. I was in a rush so I used them as is…
I purchased some fake flowers when they were 50% off at Hobby Lobby. All in all this shoot would have cost me about $50 but I had purchased all of these things months before even doing this shoot.
I can use them over and over again for other ideas and looks so its a pretty good investment starting out, especially if you want to use them for all day mini sessions!
